What is the first step to 1-2-1 coaching?
The coaching process begins with a 30 minute health consultation where we will discuss your past and present health. Following this, we will outline your specific wellbeing goals, which as a health coach I would support and guide you to reach.
Am I in a contract?
There are a wide variety of coaching packages which include both contracted and non-contracted offers – there is no one scheme fits all so I believe the process should be as personalised as possible. Each session is designed with you and your wellbeing goals in mind.
Do you offer personalised meal plans?
Yes - If you are specifically looking to improve your relationship with food, including experimenting with home cooking, Lydia offers personalised meal plans alongside supermarket tours and 1-2-1 at home cooking sessions.
How long is a coaching session?
A standard coaching session is 1 hour long, however dependent on your personal requirements, needs and specifications, session times and frequencies can be changed according to each individual client.
